Michele is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs through providing counsel to startups and emerging companies, leading them from corporate formation to financing and beyond. She values both personal growth and career development, and shares the HJF Law belief that small businesses should not have to break the bank to obtain effective legal representation.
Joining HJF Law in 2023, Michele focuses her practice on corporate and business law matters, advising startups and emerging growth companies, bringing her own strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit to help businesses accelerate their growth and solve their legal challenges.
Michele strongly believes in the HJF vision: It’s never too early to seek legal advice. She enjoys handling a wide-range of issues related to corporate governance, privacy, third-party agreements and employment matters, to name a few. She holds a high standard of excellence while reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of agreements including but not limited to NDAs, statements of work, MSAs, licensing/Saas agreements, privacy policies/terms of use, SAFEs, SAFTs, token warrants, convertible notes, stock/asset purchase agreements, board/shareholder resolutions, and shareholder agreements.
In her free time, Michele enjoys performative arts, and traveling and writing for her blog. Outside of law, she enjoys speaking about self-empowerment, career development, and social issues.
