Michele is an entrepreneurial-minded attorney whose mission is to advise founders on how to legally protect their business and avoid costly mistakes. She enjoys interacting with entrepreneurs daily, watching them take their passion project from conception to exit and counseling them on their journey to optimal growth. Michele loves to surround herself with creative minds and relishes the many problem-solving opportunities that often present themselves in her line of work. Michele is experienced in advising founders on early-stage formation and corporate structuring, as well as matters related to venture capital financing, private equity, corporate governance, employment, and privacy law. She is deeply involved in the firm’s day-to-day client engagements, working directly with founders and emerging companies through regular meetings, strategic discussions, and ongoing legal support. This hands-on role has allowed her to develop a strong foundation in the legal and business considerations that shape startup representation. Known for her thoughtful and collaborative approach, Michele is a trusted member of the team who values building meaningful client relationships and delivering practical guidance.
