Michele is experienced in advising founders on early-stage formation and corporate structuring, as well as matters related to venture capital financing, private equity, corporate governance, employment, and privacy law. She is deeply involved in the firm’s day-to-day client engagements, working directly with founders and emerging companies through regular meetings, strategic discussions, and ongoing legal support.
