Biography
Michele joined the HJF Law in 2023 after acquiring experience in the representation of various lending institutions in commercial banking and real estate finance transactions. Michele also brings experience handling landlord-tenant matters after working with a not-for-profit organization where she regularly represented tenants in housing court.
Michele graduated from Boston College with a BA in Economics in 2016 and obtained a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2020. While at Cardozo, Michele served as the Managing Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights & Social Justice.
Michele is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New York.
Michele enjoys negotiation and drafting. She is also passionate about helping start-up companies navigate the myriad of legal issues that regularly arise in their corporate and financing endeavors.
