Rikki joined HJF Law in 2021 because she wanted to help startups build sustainable business models. She found a job where she could not only be part of a legal team, but also act as a partner and problem solver with the clients being served. In the time she has worked at HJF Law, she's gained experience in numerous facets of law that are required to represent startups. In a typical week at work, Rikki will draft or comment on business agreements and structures ranging from cryptocurrency, NFTs, service agreements, SaaS agreements, investment agreements, corporate agreements, Terms of Use, Privacy Policies and more. Additionally, she, along with the firm, will have weekly or biweekly scheduled legal check-ins with clients to ensure that everything is on track. This has been proven helpful for both Rikki and the clients alike, and fosters the team spirit that exists between HJF Law and its clients.

Rikki graduated Touro College with a BA in Psychology in 2013, and graduated with her JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2016 with a concentration in Corporate and Intellectual Property law. While at Cardozo, Rikki co-founded the Startup Society, and worked in Cardozo's Tech Startup Clinic, catering to the legal needs of many small startups. She also interned at an entertainment company, drafting various entertainment marketing and licensing agreements for corporate clients. She joined HJF Law after three years of experience practicing corporate and tax law at a small firm in NYC. Rikki is admitted to practicing law in New York.

Rikki currently lives with her husband in Rockland County, New York and loves working remotely.
