Yasmine is an incoming law clerk at the Law Offices of Howard J. Finkelstein. She joined the firm as a summer associate in 2021, and she continued working at the firm during her 3L year at Fordham University School of Law. During her time at HJF Law, Yasmine gained invaluable experience working with startups where one of her main areas of focus is assisting companies organize their data rooms to ensure that when it comes time to seeking funding, all the necessary documents investors look for are available and easily accessible.

In addition to helping companies with corporate governance matters, Yasmine has also gained expertise in reviewing and drafting corporate contracts including NDAs, service agreements, employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, and terms of service to name a few. One of Yasmine's favorite aspects of the job is client interaction. Though all the work is completed remotely, she thoroughly enjoys participating in regularly scheduled meetings with all the firm's clients where she and the firm learn what the client's immediate and long term needs are and how best to assist them in achieving their milestones.

Yasmine is excited to kick-start her career at HJF Law after taking the New York Bar exam this July.
