Rikki thrives on the HJF Law team because of her combined passion for law and business startups. While studying at Cardozo, Rikki co-founded the Startup Society and worked in Cardozo’s Tech Startup Clinic, catering to the legal needs of many new small businesses. She also interned at an entertainment company, drafting various entertainment marketing and licensing agreements for corporate clients. She joined HJF Law after three years of experience practicing corporate and tax law at a small firm in NYC because she wanted to help startups build sustainable business models.
As HJF Law’s Senior Associate, Rikki is not only part of a legal team, but also acts as a partner and problem solver with the clients being served, gaining experience in numerous facets of law that are required to represent startups. She enjoys helping clients draft or reviewing business agreements and structures ranging from cryptocurrency, NFTs, service agreements, SaaS agreements, investment agreements, corporate agreements, Terms of Use, Privacy Policies and more. Regular check-ins have proven helpful for Rikki and clients alike, and fosters the team spirit between HJF Law and its clients.
When she’s not working, Rikki loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters. She loves working remotely so she can do the job she loves around the people she loves (the firm and her family).
