Emma discovered her passion for supporting new founders and startups while working with entrepreneurs at Fordham University’s Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. Her background in economics and psychology alongside her legal training allows Emma to approach client challenges with empathy, analytical precision, and practical insight. She has earned the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, Magna Cum Laude, which underscores her passion and dedication to public service.
Before joining HJF Law, Emma gained valuable in-house experience at a specialty finance company, further honing her skills in supporting businesses. She is committed to helping businesses grow and innovate by providing thoughtful legal guidance.
Emma focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters and regularly assists clients with reviewing and negotiating NDAs; drafting and analyzing grant agreements; preparing and revising commercial contracts; and conducting in-depth legal research on complex corporate, regulatory, and emerging technology issues. She approaches each matter with precision and a practical mindset, ensuring that clients receive clear, actionable guidance tailored to their business objectives.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and family.
