Brooke is an incoming law clerk at the Law Offices of Howard J. Finkelstein. She joined the firm in January 2023, after receiving her JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in May 2022 and passing her NY Bar Exam in July 2022. While at Cardozo, Brooke was a Staff Editor and Notes Editor on the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal. Prior to starting law school, Brooke graduated from Cornell University in 2018 with her B.S. in Communication.

Before joining HJFLaw, Brooke completed an Intellectual Property and Privacy Externship at Tapestry during the summer of 2021. Brooke has also interned in real estate and worked as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Denis R. Hurley in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

So far, Brooke has been focusing on drafting and reviewing non-disclosure agreements and organizational and financing documents. Her favorite aspect of the job is the camaraderie between the team at HJFLaw and the opportunity to help our clients succeed.

Brooke currently lives in New York City and enjoys skiing, horseback riding and spending time with her dogs.
